Hi, I’m Anika Bushra—a passionate and driven Business Analyst with a Master’s in Business Analytics from Trine University, Indiana. My journey from Bangladesh to the U.S. has been one of transformation, resilience, and relentless curiosity.

🎓 Academic & Professional Journey
I began my academic path in Human Resource Management, but my desire to combine business intuition with data-led insights led me to pursue advanced studies in Business Analytics. At Trine University, I deepened my skills in predictive modeling, data visualization, machine learning, and business intelligence using tools like R, Python, Tableau, and Excel.

While studying, I interned as a Business Analyst at Adult & Pediatric Medicine, where I analyzed patient trends and clinic performance to improve both care outcomes and operational efficiency. It was a meaningful experience that solidified my belief in the power of data to drive change.

💼 From HR to Analytics
Before transitioning into analytics, I worked as an HR Executive in Bangladesh. That experience taught me the value of empathy, communication, and team dynamics—skills I still carry into my data roles today. My unique background gives me a well-rounded perspective that bridges human behavior and quantitative analysis.

🌍 A Personal Note
Moving to Michigan from a warmer climate was no easy feat—especially for someone like me who’s never been fond of the cold! From learning to grocery shop and cook for myself to mastering American classroom expectations, every step has made me more independent and confident.
